Returns We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible, items must be unused, in their original condition, and in original packaging.

How to Initiate a Return To start a return, contact us at zahrakazim0512@gmail.com within 14 days of receiving your order. We will provide instructions on where to send your item.

Return Shipping Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item.

Refunds Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

EU Right of Withdrawal In accordance with EU consumer law, customers in the European Union have the right to withdraw from a purchase within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day you receive your goods.

Non-Returnable Items Items that are damaged due to misuse or returned after the 14-day window will not be accepted.
